Tyrrells Wood Golf Academy

The Tyrrells Wood Golf Academy has been designed to provide potential new golfers with the most comprehensive introduction to the game. Our team of PGA Professionals are on hand to provide new golfers with the perfect start to their golfing career, whatever their age or experience.

The Academy

Membership of The Academy runs for a period of 12 months and provides members with access to the golf course, entry to roll-up competitions, instruction in the rules of golf and regular coaching with our team of PGA Professionals. The coaching will be regular and varied, including one-to-one, group sessions, rules seminars etc. After 12 months, assuming an adequate level has been attained, membership of the Golf Club can be obtained.

Based at one of the most attractive golfing locations in Surrey, the course and clubhouse at Tyrrells Wood are a true sanctuary from the hussle and bussle of everyday life and a day's golf is the perfect escape right on your own doorstep. The tree lined fairways and beautifully manicured course offers a fantastic golfing experience to both experienced golfers and newcomers to the game. Whether you want to learn the game from scratch or to rediscover your golfing form after a break, our coaches are fully PGA qualified and are equally skilled at teaching both beginners and more experienced players.
