| When will my order arrive? | For all orders, we will email you to confirm an anticipated delivery date so that you know when to expect your order. Items in stock will take 4 working days to be delivered but since some of our suppliers like Galvin Green have literally 1000's of available products, we often have to order items in. In these cases, delivery to you will take approximately 10 working days. Occasionally, we can organise express shipping direct from the manufacturer (which will incur a surcharge of £16) but it is dependant on stock availability. Please call us to find out if it is possible before purchasing. If your order comprises of a selection of items, and one of them is a longer availability, the entire order will be shipped when the last one becomes available. If part of your order is urgent and you cannot wait for the whole order to become available, we can split your order into two or more shipments, but please be aware that this may alter the shipping costs (e.g. if each part of the split order is below the £50 free delivery threshold) so it is best to call us (0845 124 1012) to discuss your options if you need to split your order. We are open 7 days a week from 8am to 6m. We will also send you an email on the day of dispatch with tracking information. |

| Delivery days | Deliveries for orders over the value of £50 are made only on weekdays (Monday-Friday between 8am and 1pm for UK mainland, 8am to 5.30pm elsewhere) and will require a signature. Orders below this value may also be delivered on Saturdays and do not need to be signed for. |
| Will it require a signature? | In a word, yes. In order to make sure you get your items as soon as possible we recommend that you give an address which is most likely to have someone there between 8 am and 5.30 pm. |
| Giving my order as a gift | If your order is a gift, we can deliver directly to the recipient. Our packaging is discreet and the delivery note inside does not mention the price (avoiding embarrasment at your generosity). To have your order delivered somewhere different from your billing address, just specify the delivery address as well as your billing address when entering your details. | How will my order be delivered? | We primarily use Parcelforce as our courier. On smaller items (value under £70) we will use Royal Mail recorded delivery. All deliveries will require a signature. |
| Is my order trackable? | Yes. On dispatch, we will email you a link to track your item's journey to you. |
| How can I get an invoice? | Your invoice can be printed off just after you have paid. The delivery note will be included in the package but will not mention the price making it simple for you to send a gift direct to someone else and them not be embarrassed by your generosity. |
| What if I missed your delivery? | With the exception of smaller items delivered by Royal Mail First Class, all other orders will require a signature. For these, if no-one is in the courier will leave a card with details for you to either collect from their depot or arrange to have it delivered a second time. If there is no-one in to sign at the rearranged delivery time, the order will be returned to us. If this happens you can arrange for a third delivery, but we will need to charge for a re-delivery fee. In this instance, contact us. |
| Do my prices include VAT? | All prices shown include VAT (except books which are zero-rated for VAT purposes). When a zero-rated VAT item like a book is ordered with a fully rated VAT item, VAT must also be charged on the total cost of postage. |
| My order is late - what should I do? | If the order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time stated in our email, contact us. Please note that we dispatch orders with multiple items on receipt of the last item from the manufacturer which means you would receive your order in one batch approximately 10 working days from order. Occasionally there can be unforeseen delivery delays beyond our control. If you have any concerns, please contact us quoting your order number. We are in from 8am to 6pm seven days a week and are happy to keep you updated. If you received dispatched confirmation and not received the order within 48 hrs we recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them. |
