Dave Good - Shirlaws

Dave joined Shirlaws in 2008 and loves working with businessowners who care passionately about their businesses. He has the businessbackground and experience to help clients fulfil their commercial andcultural dreams. Dave specialises in working with clients on growthstrategies and driving business valuation. He will bring clarity andenergy to business issues that are stifling growth. He has also helped us in developing key strategies and business routines that allow for solid yet sustainable growth.

Prior tojoining Shirlaws, Dave gathered a lot of experience of the mid tiermarket place whilst developing new business for Unilever. As LicensingDirector for Unilever in the UK he expanded Unilever brands into newmarkets by partnering with start up businesses and owner managedbusinesses. The energy found in these businesses had a major influencein Dave joining Shirlaws. Dave has a broad base of commercial experienceat Director level with Unilever in Sales and Marketing, both in the UKand Europe. He also led a major SAP implementation in Birds Eye Wall'scovering all aspects of a commercial organisation.

Dave lives inAscot with his wife Denise and their son Alex. He enjoys manysports especially coaching and watching football, playing golf andracing cars.
