| Eat smartly whenever possible |
You only get one body in life and you should make every attempt to look after it while you can. Begin to take an interest in nutritional values of foods and really pay attention to what you eat. Whenever possible, choose foods that are high in fibre, laced with vitamins and essential nutrients and which are low in salt and saturated fats. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't enjoy your food, but if you can substitute a healthy alternative to something which has low nutritional content, give it a try. You will probably enjoy it more. |
