Gore Tex Paclite waterproofs also offer complete shelter from the rain and are equally breathable.  However they are incredibly light which is great in milder climates and unrestrictive for your swing.

The ultra-light, packable qualities of this latest generation of Goretex PacLite® fabrics make the Galvin Green waterproof range of PacLite® particularly suitable for golfers who prefer to carry their clubs - even if in a pencil bag - yet who still demand all the functions and advantages of top quality, conventional rainwear.  They are easy to wash and maintain - just requiring a regular machine wash and tumble dry.
