Please note that whilst Galvin Green clothing and waterproofs are Swedish and slim fitting, Marbas garments are a wider, American fit. This may mean that your size is different according to the manufacturer of the garments that you are purchasing, so please take care to select the relevant manufacturer's size for your chest size.

To obtain your chest size, measure (in inches) around the fullest part  of your chest, a few inches under your arms. We have measured Galvin Green and Marbas shirts to match the correct sizes to your chest measurement, for a fitted look. If you like to wear your shirts loose, you may wish to go up one or two chest sizes from our recommendation. If you are in doubt about your size, please call us and we will do our best to advise you and meet your requirements.

Putter custom fitting guide

Please note that the following advice serves only as a general guide. You should consult your golf pro for a more detailed explanation and advice on custom fitting if you are in doubt.

Custom fitting when it comes to a putter is largely a matter of personal preference. However, our advice should enable you to carry out a rough check on the suitability of the putter specification that you are thinking of ordering.

Length of putter

Grip size

Putter grip size is wholly a matter of what you, the player, feels comfortable with.

Though hand size does play a part , many people find that they feel most comfortable with a putter grip that is larger than the grips that they use on their other clubs, since larger grip sizes can help to reduce wrist action, producing a more consistent putting stroke.

Lie angle

For most people, once the length of their putter is correct, no lie adjustment is required, so the vast majority of putters sold have a standard lie angle. However, if you find that for a standard putter, taking your stance as described in the 'Length of putter' section results in either the heel or toe of the putter being raised off the ground to the extent that the strike and direction is affected, a different lie angle may help.

The available lie angles for our two putter ranges are as follows, with the lie angle measured as the angle between verticle and the putter shaft when the head sits level on the ground, with neither the heel nor toe raised.

We suggest that you consult a PGA qualified golf professional before ordering any lie angle other than standard, since adjustments to your stance may sometimes be more beneficial than a non-standard lie angle.

Loft of putter

All the Yes! Golf putters we supply have 2.5° of loft. For Yes putters that must combine the effects of putter loft with C-Groove technology, 2.5 ° is the optimum degree of loft to lift the ball from its resting place without causing it to hop, thereby allowing the grooves to do their work and produce a smooth and stable rolling motion as quickly as possible. See More putters have 4° of loft.

Please note that Premium Golf can accept no responsibility for customers' satisfaction with putters ordered on the basis of this advice since this information is intended merely as a guide. For detailed personal advice on custom fit putters you should consult a PGA qualified teaching professional.
