Terms and Conditions

Order acceptance

Only once your credit/charge/debit card is processed is the order accepted. If the card is accepted it will be charged on the day of order and the goods will be shipped thereafter in accordance with the estimated delivery period quoted by each product.  Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. Premium Golf Ltd. reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.

Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Premium Golf Ltd. accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases, Premium Golf will issue a full refund.

How to cancel an order

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products but we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.


If you wish to cancel an order within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us as soon as possible on   If we haven't dispatched your order we will cancel it right away and no money will be debited from your card. If we have dispatched it, then you will need to return the goods to us.  Please fill out the delivery slip that accompanies your items giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the goods (being in good condition) we will refund the total of the goods back on your card.


For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 30 GBP. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.


You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.  As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

All credit and debit card transactions with take place automatically over a secure server with information encrypted using state of the art SSL to ensure that your card details can not be seen by any third party. The security of the system used on has been authenticated by Globalsign to ensure absolute confidentiality.


Unused goods

If you are not satisfied with any purchase from, you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (as long as it in its original, saleable condition, with its original packaging undamaged). If the size of a garment is wrong you are entitled to return it for a better size. See Faulty goods below.

We regret that refunds cannot be made for goods that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Customised orders

We cannot offer refunds on custom-made products unless they are faulty see Faulty goods.

Faulty Goods

All goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken.  For purchases under 30 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our sales team on to arrange a swap.

If we send an incorrect item

If we send you an incorrect item, e-mail us and we'll send the the correct item as soon as possible.  Send the original item back to us (see returning a product) and we'll make sure you are not charged for it.

in the event of Premium Golf Ltd. sending you a replacement for an incorrect item, you must return the original item to Premium Golf Ltd. within 30 days. Premium Golf Ltd. reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the item is not returned within 30 days of the date on which Premium Golf Ltd. confirms we will issue a replacement.  If you want to keep it, just e-mail us and we'll charge the cost of the item to the card you used to place the original order.

For purchases over 30 days old and less than 12 months old - please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item. At our discretion, we will either repair, replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If we feel the item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the item was returned.

Returning a product

Fill out this returns form and send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below. The form will ask you for details including your name, address, e-mail address and order number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Interlink Express, Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Please note: If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you.

Pricing and availability

Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and give the choice to either have a refund or wait until the goods become available.


Occasionally some of our products are mis-priced. We do however check prices during dispatch so if a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the My Account area of the website.

Premium Golf Ltd.reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
