Force plates from Smart2Move
Force precedes motion and as such the forces we apply into the ground have significant influence on the movement of our both body and club delivery. However if you can't measure and track progress, practice will be less effective.
The new 3D Dual Force Plates from Smart2Move facilitate measuring these invisible forces with precision and complete accuracy. They are also portable which allows sessions to be in the studio, or the range or even on the short game area or course (as all game areas can benefit).
In combination with video review and Trackman launch monitor data we can reveal where the biggest opportunities for improvement lie. The Smart2Move software can present the data an intuitive style and also give us live feedback when learning a new drill with visual feedback on an ipad.
Consultations
In a consultation we will look at three forces you apply to the ground. Lateral, AP (twisting) and vertical. The sequence, timing and magnitude of these forces significantly influences how the clubhead behaves. Having observed opportunities for improvement, I can recommend certain drills to integrate into your training.
Many of these drills can be done at home or in the gym also, so you will be able to access the right moves more easily when you are next hitting balls.
