Miura Irons - Cavity

Miura Golf are renowned for their classic forged irons and in particular, their blades which combine classic beauty and buttery feel. They are clubs for golf's true purists. Below are a selection of Miura blades for you to admire.

Miura CB57

The CB57 head features a medium-sized cavity and a carefully sized weight bar to provide the benefits of perimeter weighting and solidity behind the hitting area. Still, the cavity is not so big as to interfere with the forged look and feel, especially from the address position. The weight bar keeps the center of gravity low, and changes size club-to-club as needed to position the center of gravity not just down, but exactly where it needs to be.

The clean, narrow top line is Miura all the way. The sole of the club incorporates the decades of lessons Miura has learned from watching and talking to golfers, resulting in efficient, powerful turf interaction and the best chance of a square face at impact. The overall size of the head is a bit smaller than Miura’s successful CB-501 cavity back iron.. Forged from mild, Japanese steel in Miura's own forge in Himeji Japan.

Miura PP-9003

The PP-9003 is possibly the most forgiving iron Miura make, allowing golfers more consistent distance on off centre hits, whilst still enjoying the unique Miura feel of forged clubs. High-density impact area for maximum feel and power. Leading edge specially engineered help the player make solid contact.

Forged cavity-back construction offers solid feel with perimeter-weighted forgiveness. Sole designed to glide confidently through the turf. Easy-to-aim shape helps players square the face at impact. Forged from low carbon, Japanese steel in Miura's own forge in Himeji Japan.

Miura Left Hand Cavity

Left handers can enjoy Miura's uniqe feel with a little more forgiveness than the blades. Miura's forging techniques rearrange the molecular structure of the mild steel in a pattern that is uniform throughout the club head. This eliminates void spots in the club face. This process assures that every Miura club in your bag has the distance control, ball flight, spin, and feel that any golfer should demand. This tightness in the grain structure of the metal is what gives Miura made clubs the controlled, soft feel that other manufacturers cannot achieve.

Miura also uses a proprietary "spin welding" process to produce the industry's most consistent hosel. This unique procedure ensures that the bore depths and hosel heights are identical on every Miura made head and the shaft of every club will be perfectly centered. Forged from mild, Japanese steel in Miura's own forge in Himeji Japan.
